A design day in Charlotte, NC

Had a great, albeit quick trip to Charlotte today with Shawnna (friend, co-worker, all around fab girl) to find fabrics, accessories & inspiration for several design jobs and stopped in some great stores-here are a few notes...

We cant wait until they open up in Asheville, we heard from a reliable source that it would be March...save your pennies!  We also stopped in at Circa-So many gorgeous pieces staged so perfectly.  Here is an  adorable mini champagne bucket-

I'd love to buy 12 of them and put them on the table with a little bottle of Veuve Clicquot at each place setting, wouldn't that have been a fun addition to a dinner party?- I wish we could have stayed longer but we were off to Neiman Marcus where we met the lovely Bettina who introduced us to Amore Pacific a luxury skincare line that uses indigenous Asian botanicals such as Green Tea, Korean Red Ginsing & Bamboo plus Nano Technology to create a gorgeous & hopefully effective skin care line. I cant wait to try it all!  Bettina was so sweet and knowledgeable we will totally call on her again to put some dew back into this sun damaged face!  If you are in the Southpark Mall in Charlotte, stop by and see her.
